1.35. Hydraulic amplifier of a steering

GENERAL INFORMATION

The hydraulic amplifier of a steering uses energy of the engine for simplification of driving. If the engine does not work or the hydraulic amplifier will fail, to operate the car it is possible, only thus it is necessary to make bigger effort.

If will find change of the force enclosed for turn of a steering wheel of the car during normal operation, address in the authorized service of KIA for check of the hydraulic amplifier of a steering.

Prevention

Never hold a steering wheel, povyornuty against the stop in extreme right or left situation, more long than 5 pages. It can cause breakage of the pump of the amplifier of a steering.

If the driving belt of the amplifier of a steering is damaged or the pump of the amplifier will fail, turn of a steering wheel will demand the appendix of much bigger effort.
