System of production of the fulfilled gases

1–main exhaust silencer;
2–openings for bolts of fastening of flanges, 37–52 N • m;
3–preliminary exhaust silencer;
4–connecting flange And;
5–openings for bolts of fastening of flanges, 37–52 N • m;
6–a connecting flange In;
7–reception exhaust pipe; 		8–bolts of fastening of an arm, 37–52 N • m;
9–arm fastening to a reception exhaust pipe, 21–27 N • m;
10-bolt, 37–52 N • m;
11-catalytic converter;
12-hairpins of fastening of catalytic converter, 37–52 N • m

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a reception exhaust pipe.
2. Remove catalytic converter.
3. Remove preliminary and main exhaust silencers.

Installation

Installation is carried out to sequences, return to removal, taking into account the following.

Establish a reception exhaust pipe as follows:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a connecting flange And and temporarily fix it.
2. Establish an arm In and temporarily fix it.
3. Tighten bolts of fastening of a connecting flange And the moment of 37-52 N • m.
4. Check arm connection In and pipes.
5. Tighten bolts of fastening of an arm During the moment of 37-52 N • m.
