8.1.4. Replacement of an oil sealing ring

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift the car and fix on support.
	2. Turn out a stopper the oil plum, located in an end face of a transmission and merge oil in the suitable container.
3. Remove a forward wheel
4. Remove a mudguard.
5. Disconnect draft from the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket.
Prevention Do not damage dustproof covers.
6. Turn out a coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever down and separate a hinge pin from a rotary fist.
	7. Turn out a nut and a stripper OK670 321 019 squeeze out a pin of the hinge of a tip of steering draft from a rotary fist.
Prevention Do not damage the hinge of equal angular speeds (CV JOINT) at separation of a power shaft from a transmission.
8. Insert mount between the internal CV JOINT of a power shaft and a transmission and easy blow on mount take a power shaft from a transmission.
Prevention At extraction of a power shaft from a transmission at once do not apply big efforts, and ongoing efforts increase gradually.
	9. For an exception of damage of the external CV JOINT of a power shaft a steel wire tie up a power shaft.
	10. An edge of a flat screw-driver remove a sealing ring from a transmission nest.
Prevention Clear a nest of a sealing ring and put on it a thin butter layer. Oil a working edge of a new sealing ring.
	11. Using an opravka of OK201 170 AA1 establish a new sealing ring in a nest of a case of a transmission.
	12. Replace a lock ring on the internal end of a power shaft and insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from above.
