Elements of fastening of the oil pump

1–generator;
2–bolt, 37–52 N • m;
3–bolt, 37–52 N • m;
4–bolt, 24–35 N • m;
5–conditioner compressor;
6–arm of the compressor of the conditioner;
7–bolt, 19–25 N • m;
8–mesh filter;
9–bolt, 7,8–11 N • m;
10-bolt, 19–25 N • m;
11-pulley of a gear belt;
12-a bolt, 108–118 N • with m to (replace);
13-oil pump

Sequence of dismantling of the oil pump

1–a sealing ring to (replace);
2–bolt, 5,9–8,8 N • m;
3–pump cover;
4–external rotor;
5–internal rotor;
6–lock ring;
7–spring nest;
8–spring;
9–plunzher;
10-pump case

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Turn out a stopper plum of oil and merge oil from the engine.
3. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
4. Remove a gear belt of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism.
5. Remove details in the sequence shown on fig. Sequence of dismantling of the oil pump.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear all details of the oil pump.

2. Check a condition and, if necessary, replace the following details:

      – the deformed or damaged case and / or a cover of the oil pump;
      – the worn-out or damaged plunzher;
      – the weakened or broken spring.

3. By a metal ruler and shchupy measure a lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump.

Maximum permissible lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump: 0,10 mm

4. By Shchup measure a gap between teeths of rotors of the oil pump.

Maximum permissible gap between teeths of rotors of the oil pump: 0,18 mm

5. By Shchup measure a gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump.

Maximum permissible gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump: 0,20 mm

Installation

Installation of the oil pump is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
