Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery. |
2. Turn out a stopper plum of oil and merge oil from the engine. |
3. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units. |
4. Remove a gear belt of a drive of the gas-distributing mechanism. |
5. Remove details in the sequence shown on fig. Sequence of dismantling of the oil pump. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Clear all details of the oil pump. |
2. Check a condition and, if necessary, replace the following details:
– the deformed or damaged case and / or a cover of the oil pump; – the worn-out or damaged plunzher; – the weakened or broken spring. |
3. By a metal ruler and shchupy measure a lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible lateral gap of rotors of the oil pump: 0,10 mm

4. By Shchup measure a gap between teeths of rotors of the oil pump. Maximum permissible gap between teeths of rotors of the oil pump: 0,18 mm
|
5. By Shchup measure a gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump. Maximum permissible gap between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump: 0,20 mm

Installation of the oil pump is carried out to sequences, return to removal.
