10. Suspension bracket

GENERAL INFORMATION

Forward suspension bracket

1–longitudinal draft of a forward suspension bracket;
2–bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket;
3–rack of a forward suspension bracket;
4–rotary fist;
5–stabilizer of cross-section stability;
6–draft of the stabilizer.

Back suspension bracket

1–support;
2–draft of compensation of lateral moving of a beam of a back suspension bracket;
3–back rack;
4–cylindrical spring;
5–beam of a back suspension bracket;
6–longitudinal levers of a back beam.

Forward suspension bracket

The forward suspension bracket consists of a rack of MacPherson, one bottom cross-section lever and one longitudinal draft of a suspension bracket from each party of the car.

The forward suspension bracket consists of the following elements:

– longitudinal draft limits longitudinal moving and supports the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket;
– the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket via the spherical hinge fastens to a rotary fist. The spherical hinge provides turn of forward wheels and wheel moving in the vertical plane;
– the top end of each rack is fixed on a body. Disorder and a corner rotary шкворня are not regulated;
– rubber plugs of the bottom lever and longitudinal draft provide mobility of connections and soften shock loadings;
– the shod rotary fist fastens bolts to the shock-absorber. The lower part of a rotary fist fastens to the spherical hinge of the bottom cross-section lever;
– the body inclination on turns is compensated by the stabilizer of cross-section stability;
– forward wheels are fixed on the naves established on bearings in rotary fists.

Back suspension bracket

The back suspension bracket is executed in the form of not cutting beam of torsion with a spring and the shock-absorber.

The back suspension bracket consists of the following elements:

– a semi-independent beam of a back suspension bracket of pulling type with the wheels which have been rigidly connected by a beam of torsion;
– the back beam provides reliable alignment of back wheels and at the expense of torsion creates limited independent moving of wheels, and also carries out a role of the stabilizer of cross-section stability;
– for reduction of the vibrations transferred to a body of the car, in arms of forward fastening of a beam rubber plugs and rubber pillows in places of the top fastening of shock-absorbers are established.
