Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect wires from the storage battery
2. Remove the storage battery and a battery support.
3. Merge cooling liquid from cooling system.
4. Remove a zabornik of fresh air.
5. Weaken collars and remove the top and bottom hoses of a radiator.
6. Disconnect an accelerator cable.
7. Disconnect a hose of supply of fuel from the fuel highway.

Prevention

Do not smoke and do not use an open flame about elements of fuel system as it can lead to explosion.


8. Weaken collars and disconnect the hoses going to a heater
9. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

10. Disconnect electric sockets from fuel nozzles.

11. Disconnect from the engine electric sockets.
12. On cars with an automatic transmission disconnect a management cable from a transmission.
13. On cars with a mechanical transmission disconnect drafts of a choice and gear shifting from a transmission.
14. On cars with a mechanical transmission disconnect a tube from the working cylinder of coupling and remove the working cylinder of coupling
15. On cars with an automatic transmission disconnect the electric socket of the switch of the indicator of the included transfer.
16. On cars with an automatic transmission disconnect the electric socket from the electromagnetic valve.
17. On cars with an automatic transmission, disconnect from a transmission more cool hose for transmission liquid.
18. Disconnect hoses from the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
19. Disconnect electric sockets from V-contact and starter S-contact.
20. Disconnect electric sockets from V-contact of the socket of the generator.
21. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the compressor of the conditioner.
22. Remove both lobbies of a wheel.
23. Remove a reception exhaust pipe and catalytic converter.
24. Take шплинты and turn out nuts of fastening of tips of steering bent for to rotary fists.
25. Turn out bolts and nuts of fastening of the left and right bottom levers to rotary fists
26. Turn out on two bolts and nuts of fastening of amortization racks to rotary fists.
27. Mount pull out internal hinges of power shafts from a transmission.
28. Support the engine the load-lifting mechanism.
29. Turn out four nuts and four bolts of fastening of the engine to the bottom beam.
30. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the top arm of a support of No. of 1 power unit.
31. Turn out two nuts of fastening of a support No. 2 of the power unit.
32. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the top arm of a support No. 2 of the power unit.
33. Turn out two nuts of fastening of a support No. 3 of the power unit.
34. Remove the engine together with a transmission from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the engine together with a transmission in a motor compartment of the car.
2. Screw two nuts of fastening of a rubber support No. 3 of the power unit.

Inhaling moment: 60–85 N • m

3. Screw bolts of fastening of an arm of a support No. 3 of the power unit and screw nuts of fastening of a rubber part of a support.

Inhaling moments:
Nuts: 66–93 N • m
Bolts: 37–52 N • m

4. Screw four bolts and nuts of fastening of the engine to the bottom beam.

Inhaling moments
Nuts: 37–52 N • m
Bolts: 71–93 N • m

5. Remove the load-lifting mechanism supporting the engine.
6. Establish new lock rings on power shafts.
7. In easy blows establish internal hinges of equal angular speeds of power shafts in a transmission, thus cuts of lock rings should be directed up.
8. Establish the lower parts of shock-absorbers on rotary fists and fix them bolts and nuts.
9. Establish fingers of spherical hinges of the bottom levers of a forward suspension bracket in rotary fists.
10. Establish fingers of spherical hinges of tips of steering drafts in rotary fists.
11. Establish a reception exhaust pipe and catalytic converter.

Inhaling moment: 37–52 N • m

12. Establish the conditioner compressor.
13. Connect electric sockets to V-contact of the socket of the generator
14. Connect electric sockets to V-contact and starter S-contact.
15. Connect hoses to the pump of the amplifier of a steering.
16. On cars with an automatic transmission, connect to a transmission more cool hose for transmission liquid.
17. Connect the electric socket to the electromagnetic valve.
18. Connect the electric socket to the switch of the indicator of the included transfer.
19. Establish the working cylinder of coupling and connect to it a tube.

Inhaling moments: 18,6–25,5 N • m

20. Connect draft of management and a choice of transfers.

Inhaling moments:
Draft of management: 37–52 N • m
Draft of a choice: 16–235 N • m

21. Fix a nut with a washer draft of an automatic transmission.

Inhaling moment: 31,4–46,1 N • m

22. Connect electric sockets to the engine.
23. Connect electric sockets to fuel nozzles
24. Connect a vacuum hose to the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
25. Connect hoses going to a heater.
26. Connect a hose of supply of fuel to the fuel highway.
27. Establish an accelerator cable.
28. Establish the top and bottom hoses of a radiator and fix them collars.
29. Establish a zabornik of fresh air.
30. Establish a support of the storage battery and the battery.

Inhaling moment: 13,5–16 N • m

31. Fill in cooling liquid in cooling system.
32. Connect wires to positive and negative plugs of the storage battery.
33. Check levels and, if necessary, add all liquids.
34. Start up the engine, check its work and absence of leakages of liquids.
