GENERAL INFORMATION

Cylindrical spring

If position of the car concerning a paving normal, means springs have no defects. In the presence of a distortion of the car replace the corresponding spring.

Racks

For check of serviceability of racks of forward and back suspension brackets serially press each corner of a body of the car and sharply release it. If the body comes back to a starting position without raskachivaniye, the rack means is serviceable.

Examine racks on lack of podtekaniye of liquid. Insignificant moistening of a rack – the normal phenomenon.

Check a condition of the top plug of a back rack. For this purpose lift a back part of the car so that the plug of a back rack completely unloaded, thus the back wheel should stand on the earth.

Any even insignificant люфт plugs testifies to its wear and need of replacement.

Bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket

Check the following places and restore or replace the bottom lever:

– reliability of a tightening of bolts and nuts;
– existence of deformation or cracks in the bottom lever.

Longitudinal draft of a forward suspension bracket

Check the following places and restore or replace longitudinal draft:

– reliability of a tightening of bolts and nuts;
– wear or damage of rubber plugs.
