Forward stabilizer of cross-section stability
1–draft of the stabilizer; 2–nut; 3–nut; 4–rubber plug of the stabilizer; |

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. The AA0 adaptation OK201 170 support the engine. |
2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on support. |
3. Remove a wheel. |
4. Disconnect draft of the stabilizer from the stabilizer of cross-section stability. |
|
5. Unscrew a nut and disconnect draft of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from a rack of a forward suspension bracket. |
6. Remove arms of fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability. |
|
7. Turn out bolts of fastening of a forward part of a plate of protection of the engine. |
8. Lower a forward part of a plate of protection of the engine so that it was possible to take the stabilizer. |
9. Remove the stabilizer of cross-section stability. |

Check
Check the following places and restore or, if necessary, replace details:
– wear or damage of rubber plugs; – existence of deformation or stabilizer cracks. Installation

1. Establish the stabilizer plug according to the adjusting labels put on the stabilizer. |
2. Establish the stabilizer behind a plate of protection of the engine. |
|
3. Lift a forward part of a plate of protection of the engine and fix it bolts and nuts. Inhaling moment: Bolts: 65–90 N • m Nuts: 39–52 N • m
|
|
4. Establish arms of fastening of the stabilizer and fix bolts, having tightened them the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 36–56 N • m
|
5. Establish drafts of the stabilizer on arms and fix them nuts. Inhaling moment: 43–60 N • m
|
6. Establish drafts of the stabilizer on the stabilizer and fix them nuts. Inhaling moment: 43–60 N • m
|
Prevention
Tighten nuts of fastening of drafts of the stabilizer the demanded moment after car installation on wheels (under loading).

7. Establish a wheel. |
8. Lower the car. |
9. Remove the AA0A adaptation OK201 170 supporting the engine. |
