Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on support. |
2. Remove a wheel. |

3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever to a body arm. |
4. Turn out two nuts of fastening of the longitudinal lever to the bottom lever. |
5. Remove the longitudinal lever from the bottom lever and remove the forward plug and a washer. |
6. Turn out a nut and remove a bolt of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist. Separate the hinge of the bottom lever from the rotary lever. |

7. Unscrew a nut, take a bolt and separate an internal part of the bottom lever from a body arm. |

Check
Check the following places and restore or, if necessary, replace details:
– existence of deformation or cracks in the bottom lever; – wear or damage of rubber plugs; – there does not correspond to demanded value the moment of a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever. Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Fix the spherical hinge in a vice. Establish on a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever the special adaptation ОК130 322 020, hook for it on a dynamometer and measure the moment of a provorachivaniye of a pin. Moment of a provorachivaniye of a pin of the spherical hinge: 1,0–3,5 N • m The moment on a device scale: 10–35 N

2. Establish an internal part of the lever in an arm of a body and fix a bolt and a nut, having tightened them by hand. |
3. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever in a rotary fist and fix a bolt and a nut. Inhaling moment: 54–68 N • m
|
4. Tighten a bolt of fastening of an internal part of the bottom lever to a body arm. Inhaling moment: 118–147 N • m
|
5. Establish longitudinal draft on the bottom lever and fix two nuts. |
6. Fix a forward part of longitudinal draft on a body. Inhaling moment: 118–147 N • m
