1. Establish a new lock ring on the internal end of a power shaft. |
2. Grease the end of the power shaft established in a transmission. |
3. A push insert a power shaft into a transmission, thus a cut of a lock ring should settle down from above. |
Prevention
Do not damage a protective cover of the CV JOINT and an oil sealing ring at installation of a power shaft in a transmission.

4. Grease the end of the power shaft established in a nave of a forward wheel. |
5. Insert a power shaft into a nave of a forward wheel. |
Prevention
At installation of a power shaft in a nave of a forward wheel do not damage an oil sealing ring.

6. By hand screw a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave of a forward wheel. |
7. Establish pins of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever in a rotary fist. |
Prevention
Do not damage a protective cover of the spherical hinge.

8. Insert a bolt and screw a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket. Inhaling moment: 54–68 N • m

9. Tighten a nut with a fillet of fastening of a power shaft and hammer a nut fillet into a groove of a power shaft. Inhaling moment: 157–234 N • m
|
10. Freely screw nuts of fastening of an earring of the stabilizer. Finally tighten nuts on the car standing on wheels.
Inhaling moment: 43–60,8 N • m

11. Establish longitudinal draft of a forward suspension bracket and fix a nut, having tightened it the demanded moment. Inhaling moment: 118–147 N • m
|
12. Establish a forward wheel. |
Prevention
After installation pull a power shaft outside and be convinced that it is reliably fixed by a lock ring.
Do not hammer a nut fillet into a groove of a power shaft the sharp tool. Be convinced that the nave of a forward wheel easily turns by hand.

13. Fill in oil in a transmission. |
