Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Disconnect the electric socket from the pressure sensor. |
|
2. Disconnect soaking-up hose. |
|
3. Disconnect a pressure head hose. |
|
4. Weaken an assembly bolt. Weaken a tension and remove a belt of a drive of the pump. |
| 5. Turn out an assembly bolt. |
| 6. Remove the pump of the amplifier of a steering. |
|
Check
Prevention
If necessary replace the pump of the amplifier of a steering assembled.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Check forward and back parts of the case of the pump on lack of cracks, damages and non-uniform wear of a rotor. |
| 2. Check the surface of a statorny ring interfaced to blades on lack of non-uniform wear. |
| 3. Check surfaces of a lateral plate and the cases of the pump interfaced to mobile details on lack of non-uniform wear. |
|
4. Check a gap between a rotor and blades. |
| 5. Check regulating valve on lack of cracks, damages and non-uniform wear of a rotor. |
|
6. Check a condition of a spring of the regulating valve. |
|
Remarks on assembly
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Establish a rotor an identification label up. |
|
|
2. Establish a statorny ring an identification label down. |
|
|
3. Establish ten blades flat parts in rotor grooves. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |

1. Establish the pump of the amplifier of a steering and fix an assembly bolt. |
| 2. Establish a belt of a drive of the pump. |
| 3. Connect to the pump a pressure head hose and fix it a bolt. Inhaling moment: 44–54 N • m
|
| 4. Tighten a lock-nut and a bolt. Inhaling moment: 37-52H • m
|

5. Connect to the pump a returnable hose. |
Prevention
Check that the white label on a returnable hose is combined with a white label on a pipe.
|
| 6. Rotating an adjusting bolt adjust tension of a belt of a drive of the pump. |
| 7. Connect the electric socket to the pressure sensor. |
