4.3. Replacement of cooling liquid

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Do not uncover a radiator on the hot engine as leaving pairs can lead to strong burns.

Close a radiator cover thick rags and slowly unscrew a cover before emergence of hissing of leaving steam. After the steam-out termination slowly turn on, and uncover a radiator.

Do not use as cooling liquid alcohol or cooling liquid on the basis of methanol.

Use only the distilled water in a mix with antifreeze.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Uncover a radiator and turn out a stopper plum of cooling liquid.
2. Merge cooling liquid in the suitable container.
3. Wash out system of cooling by a stream at its finest and merge water from cooling system.
	4. Screw into place a stopper plum of cooling liquid.
5. Fill in cooling liquid on a basis этиленгликоля in cooling system. Capacity of system of cooling: 6 l
6. Start up the engine with an open cover of a radiator before warming up of the top hose of a radiator.
7. At operation of the engine on frequency of idling add cooling liquid while it will not reach a bulk mouth of a radiator.
8. Establish a radiator cover.
9. Cool the engine and check level of cooling liquid.
