Preliminary check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Gap of a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer
1. Measure a gap between a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer and a gear wheel 2-it transfers.

Nominal gap: 0,06–0,21 mm
Maximum permissible gap: 0,26 mm

2. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible value, check a surface of contact of a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer, a gear wheel of the 2nd transfer and a nave of the coupling of the synchronizer 2-ой/of the 3rd transfers.
Replace the worn-out or damaged details.
Gap of a gear wheel of the 4th transfer

3. Measure a gap between a gear wheel of the 4th transfer and the bearing.

Nominal gap: 0,1–0,37 mm
Maximum permissible gap: 0,57 mm

4. If the gap exceeds maximum permissible value, check a surface of contact of a gear wheel, the bearing and the coupling of the synchronizer 3-ей/of the 4th transfers. Replace the worn-out or damaged details.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By means of a press and the special adaptation OK130 175 008 remove the bearing from a shaft.
2. Remove a gear wheel of the 4th transfer.
3. Remove a lock ring.
4. Remove the coupling of the synchronizer 3-ей/of the 4th transfers, a ring of the synchronizer of the 3rd transfer and a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer.
5. A stripper of OK670 990 AA0 remove the bearing from primary shaft.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Visually check a condition of teeths of a ring of the synchronizer on absence of damages, wear and cracks.
2. Check a condition of a conic surface on absence of damages, wear and cracks.

Prevention

Establish a synchronizer ring in a gear wheel and measure a gap between a ring of the synchronizer and a surface of a flange of a gear wheel.

3. Measure a gap between a ring of the synchronizer and a surface of a flange of a gear wheel.

Nominal gap: 1,1–1,4 mm
Minimum admissible gap: 0,8 mm

Prevention

If replacement of a gear wheel of primary shaft was carried out, adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

4. Check palpation of a seat of gear wheels of primary shaft.

Maximum permissible palpation: 0,1 mm

5. Check a condition шлицов primary shaft.

6. Check a condition of a surface of teeths of gear wheels on absence of damages, wear and cracks.

7. Measure a gap between gear wheels of a shaft and gear wheels.

Gap for greasing, mm

Element
Shaft And (external diameter)
Shaft In (internal diameter)
Plug C (external diameter)
Gear wheel of the 3rd transfer
34,987–34,998
Gear wheel of the 4th transfer
30,94–30,97
31,00–31,02
Gear wheel of the 5th transfer
34,00–34,02
33,94–33,97
8. Examine the plug of a gear wheel of the 5th transfer on absence of damages.

9. Examine a condition of a surface of teeths of gear wheels on absence of damages, wear and cracks.

10. Check the bearing on absence of damages and smoothness of rotation.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer, a ring of the synchronizer and the synchronizer coupling.
2. Establish a new lock ring.
3. Establish a gear wheel of the 4th transfer.
4. Using a press, establish the bearing.

Check after assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Measure a gap between a gear wheel of the 3rd transfer and a gear wheel 2-it transfers.

Nominal gap: 0,06–0,21 mm
Maximum permissible gap: 0,26 mm

2. Measure a gap between a gear wheel of the 4th transfer and the bearing.

Nominal gap: 0,1–0,37 mm
Maximum permissible gap: 0,57 mm

If the gap differs from demanded value, disassemble and repeatedly collect primary shaft of a transmission.
