7.12. Fork of switching off of coupling / squeezing lever

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a transmission.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a fork of switching off of coupling.
3. Remove the bearing of switching off of coupling.
4. Remove a returnable spring of the squeezing lever.
5. Move squeezing the lever up from a fork of switching off of coupling and remove a fork.
6. Take squeezing the lever from a coupling case.
7. Remove plugs of the squeezing lever from a coupling case.

Installation

Prevention

Fill internal deepening in the plug with XG greasing - 1-C.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish plugs of the squeezing lever.
2. Establish the bearing of switching off of coupling.
3. Insert a fork of switching off of coupling and establish squeezing the lever.
4. Establish a returnable spring of the squeezing lever.
5. Combine openings under a bolt in a fork of switching off of coupling and a shaft of the squeezing lever.

6. Screw a bolt of fastening of a fork of switching off of coupling and tighten it the demanded moment.

Inhaling moment: 35–41 N • m

7. Establish a transmission.
