7.6. Check of a disk of coupling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Check a condition of frictional overlays of a disk of coupling and in the presence of oil traces on them or mechanical damages replace a coupling disk.
Prevention Insignificant pollution remove with a fine-grained emery paper.
2. Check reliability of zaklepochny connections of frictional slips to a coupling disk. In the presence of defects replace a coupling disk.
	3. Check a vystupaniye of frictional slips over heads of rivets. If a vystupaniye less admissible, replace a coupling disk. Vystupaniye: 0,3 mm
	4. Establish a coupling disk on an opravka in the centers and by the indicator of hour type measure its palpation. If palpation is higher admissible, replace a coupling disk. Axial palpation: 0,7 mm Radial palpation: 1,0 mm
5. Check a coupling disk on lack of a rust in shlitsa. In the presence of a rust, remove it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Establish a disk of coupling and center it a special opravka ОК130 160 010.
Prevention Combine labels on a flywheel and a casing the couplings put before removal.
2. Establish a casing of coupling with a press disk on directing pins of a flywheel.
	3. Gradually in diagonal sequence and in a certain order tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel. Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
4. Remove a special opravka ОК130 160 010.
Prevention Before installation of a transmission clear shlitsa in a nave of a disk of coupling and put on them a thin layer of greasing on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide.
5. Establish a transmission.
