9.6.2. Rotary fist and nave of a forward wheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Unbend a fillet and unscrew a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave.

Prevention

Be careful not to damage a groove and a carving on the end of a power shaft.

When weakening a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave press a brake pedal to prevent provorachivany wheels and a power shaft.


4. Take шплинт and unscrew a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist. A stripper OK670 321 019 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

Prevention

For simplification of expression of a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist knock with a hammer on a hinge stripper.


5. Turn out bolts, remove a support of a forward brake and, without disconnecting from it a brake hose, a soft wire fix it on an amortization rack.
6. Remove the ABS sensor and the sensor of frequency of rotation wheels (right side).
7. Remove a brake disk.
8. Turn out a coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever down and separate a hinge pin from a rotary fist.
9. Unscrew nuts and take bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to the lower part of an amortization rack.

10. Separate a rotary fist with a nave from a power shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a rotary fist with a nave on a power shaft.
2. Establish a rotary fist on the lower part of an amortization rack and fix bolts and nuts.

Inhaling moment: 103–122 N • m

3. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever in a rotary fist and fix a coupling bolt and a nut.

Inhaling moment: 54–68 N • m

4. Establish a brake disk on a nave of a wheel and fix bolts.

Inhaling moment: 9,8–14,7 N • m

5. Establish a support of a forward brake on a rotary fist and fix two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 78–101 N • m

6. Fix a brake hose on an arm of an amortization rack.

7. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer a nut fillet into a groove of a power shaft.

Inhaling moment: 157–235 N • m


Prevention

Do not hammer a nut fillet into a groove of a power shaft the sharp tool.
Be convinced that the nave of a forward wheel easily turns by hand.


8. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draft in a rotary fist.

Prevention

Use new шплинт.


9. Screw a nut and shplinty, fix it from an otvorachivaniye. If grooves in a nut were not combined with an opening in a pin, tighten a nut before their combination.

Inhaling moment: 47–52 N • m

10. Establish the ABS sensor and the sensor of frequency of rotation of a wheel.

Inhaling moment: 8–12 N • m

11. Establish a wheel.
