Removal
Prevention
Needlessly do not remove a brake board.
Do not mix internal and external bearings of a nave.

| 1. Remove a rotary fist. |

2. The special AA0A adaptation ОК130 331 remove a nave. |
| |
3. Special A18 adaptations ОК130 175 and ОК130 175 А17 remove the external bearing, an external oil sealing ring and the rasporny plug from a nave. |
| 4. Replace an oil sealing ring irrespective of its condition. |
| 5. Disassemble a rotary fist. |
Prevention
External rings of bearings remove gradually and carefully.

| 6. A screw-driver remove an internal oil sealing ring. |
| 7. Remove the internal bearing. |
|
8. Special adaptations ОК130 170 015 and a hammer remove an external ring of the internal bearing. |
Prevention
Exclude falling of an external ring of the internal bearing at its removal.
Needlessly do not remove a brake board. Repeatedly do not establish earlier removed brake board.

| 10. A chisel remove a brake board from a rotary fist. |

Check
Before survey wash up all details. Replace all damaged details. Insignificant traces of a rust remove with a fine-grained emery paper.

Prevention
Replace the bearing in collecting (internal and external rings).

| 2. Check a rotary fist on lack of cracks or damages, and also rusts and developments in installation sites of bearings. |
| 3. Check a brake board on absence of damages. |

4. Check a nave on lack of cracks or damages, and also rusts and developments in installation sites of bearings. |

Assembly
Prevention
If replacement of bearings or a rotary fist was carried out, before assembly it is necessary to adjust a preliminary tightness of bearings.

1. If the brake board acted in film, using the special adaptation, establish a new brake board. |
|
2. Establish external rings of bearings in a rotary fist. |

3. Put lithium greasing on the areas shown in drawing. |
|
4. Establish against the stop the internal bearing in an opening of a rotary fist. |
|
5. Grease a working edge of a new internal oil sealing ring. |
|
6. Establish an internal oil sealing ring in an opening. |
| 7. Establish earlier removed rasporny plug or the plug chosen in the course of preliminary adjustment of a tightness of bearings in an opening of a rotary fist. |
| 8. Establish the external bearing in an opening of a rotary fist. |
| 9. Grease a working edge of a new external oil sealing ring. |
| 10. Establish a new external oil sealing ring in an opening. |
| 11. Establish a rotary fist. |
|
12. The special AA0A adaptation ОК130 331 establish a nave in a rotary fist. |
