GENERAL INFORMATION

Dashboard

1–furnish of a combination of devices;

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the central console.
2. Remove a safety cushion of the driver.
3. Remove a steering wheel, the switch of a signal of turn both the top and bottom casings of a steering column.
4. Turn out two bolts from both parties of a steering column which connect the dashboard and a steering column. Lower a steering column down.
5. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the handle of opening of the lock of a cowl and disconnect the handle from a cable of opening of the lock of a cowl.
	6. Remove a combination of devices in the following order: – turn out three screws and remove furnish of a combination of devices; – turn out four bolts of fastening of a combination of devices; – disconnect the electric socket from a back part of a combination of devices.
	7. Remove the central panel of furnish and the control panel heating and ventilation.
	8. Remove a radio receiver in the following order: – turn out four screws of fastening of a radio receiver; – disconnect the electric socket from a back part of a radio receiver; – disconnect an aerial wire from a back part of a radio receiver; – remove a radio receiver.
9. Remove a ware box.
	10. Turn out four bolts and uncover the left / right side T-shaped............
	11. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the basis of the dashboard.
12. Disconnect all sockets connecting the dashboard and a plait of wires of the car.
13. Remove the dashboard.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish the dashboard in the car. Before installation of the dashboard be convinced that the steering column is established correctly through T-shaped with a plait of wires. Otherwise the steering column cannot be correctly established.
2. Connect sockets of a plait of wires and the dashboard.
	3. Screw four bolts of fastening of the left / right side of the basis of the dashboard. Inhaling moment: 18–25 N • m
	4. Screw four bolts of fastening of the left / right side T-shaped............ Inhaling moment: 18–25 N • m
5. Establish a ware box.
	6. Establish a radio receiver in the following order: – connect an aerial wire to a back part of a radio receiver; – connect the electric socket to a back part of a radio receiver; – screw four screws of fastening of a radio receiver.
	7. Establish the central panel of furnish and the control panel heating and ventilation.
	8. Establish a combination of devices in the following order: – connect the electric socket to a back part of a combination of devices; – screw four bolts of fastening of a combination of devices; – screw three screws of fastening of furnish of a combination of devices.
9. Establish the handle of opening of the lock of a cowl.
10. Screw two bolts from both parties of a steering column which connect the dashboard and a steering column. Inhaling moment: 18–26 N • m
11. Establish a steering wheel, the switch of a signal of turn both the top and bottom casings of a steering column.
12. Establish a safety cushion of the driver.
13. Establish the central console.
14. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.
