GENERAL INFORMATION

Seat belts

1–forward clamp of fastening of a belt;
2–humeral belt of a forward seat;
3–natyazhitel of a seat belt;
4–uvula of the central seat belt of a back seat; 		5–clamp of fastening of a seat belt of a back seat.

The system of seat belts consists of five belts. Seat belts of the driver and lateral passengers have three-dot fastening. Zone seat belts of back passengers have point-to-point fastening.

Seat belts of the driver are equipped with the alarm system which warns the driver ignition of a control lamp in a combination of devices and a sound signal. The prevention automatically stops approximately through 60 pages. Seat belts of passengers are not equipped with the alarm system.

By Natyazhiteli of seat belts are fixed on a body.

Removal

Prevention

The mechanism of a preliminary tension works only once then it is necessary to replace it.

Do not try to remove or repair the mechanism of a preliminary tension of a seat belt. If the mechanism works with failures, replace it.

Exclude water or oil hit in the mechanism of a preliminary tension of a seat belt. Otherwise replace the mechanism.

Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery only after the correct installation of the mechanism of a preliminary tension of a seat belt.

Removal of a preliminary natyazhitel of a seat belt carry out in the following order:

      – switch off ignition;
      – disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery;
      – wait for about 1 mines;
      – disconnect the gas generator socket;
      – turn out the screw of fastening of a natyazhitel of a seat belt.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn out one bolt from the top arm and remove an arm.
2. Slowly release a belt before retraction it an inertial natyazhitel of a seat belt as far as possible.
3. Having pulled uncover, closing an anchor bolt of the top fastening of a seat belt.
4. Turn out one anchor bolt.
5. Remove the bottom panel of furnish of the central rack.
6. Turn out one bolt and one screw and remove an inertial natyazhitel of a seat belt.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of a clamp of fastening of a seat belt.
2. Check a condition of a bracket of the top fastening of a seat belt.
3. Remove the bottom panel of furnish of the central rack.
4. Visually check a condition of a natyazhitel of a seat belt.
5. Establish the bottom panel of furnish of the central rack.
6. Extend a seat belt and check smoothness of its course.
7. If at a pulling there is a belt jamming, replace it.
8. Check reliability of fastening of a belt a clamp.
9. Press the button of a clamp and be convinced that the uvula easily leaves a clamp.
10. Check system of the precautionary alarm system which warns the driver ignition of a control lamp in a combination of devices and a sound signal.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish an inertial natyazhitel of a seat belt and fix it one bolt and the screw.

Inhaling moment: 40–55 N • m

Prevention

At installation of a natyazhitel of a seat belt do not overwind a belt and exclude formation of loops. Incorrectly established belt is not capable to protect the passenger at accident. The overwound belt changes distribution of forces arising at sudden delay of the car.
2. Establish directing a belt.
3. Establish the top panel of furnish of the central rack.
4. Establish the bottom panel of furnish of the central rack.

5. Screw an anchor bolt.

Inhaling moment: 40–55 N • m

6. Establish a cover of an anchor bolt.

7. Screw one bolt of fastening of an arm of a seat belt.

Inhaling moment: 40–55 N • m
