14.9. Forward door

GENERAL INFORMATION

Forward door

1–internal handle of opening of a door;
2–door upholstery;

9–cylinder of the lock of a door;
10-external rear-view mirror;

The door fastens to a car body two hinges and the limiter of opening of a door. The limiter of opening of a door limits size of opening of a door.

Hollow rubber consolidation of a door is established on a ledge of a door and prevents moisture and dust penetration between a door and a body.

The door lock is connected by drafts to external and internal handles of opening of a door.

The window regulator with an electric drive consists of the window regulator mechanism with the glass fixed on it.

The shock plate of the lock of a door can be adjusted for reliable and soft closing of a door.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove a door upholstery.
3. Remove from a door the loudspeaker in the following order:

      – turn out three screws of fastening of loudspeaker to a door;
      – disconnect a plait of wires from a door frame;
      – remove the loudspeaker and disconnect sockets.
4. Remove the internal handle of a door in the following order:

      – disconnect from the handle draft;
      – remove the internal handle of a door.
5. Remove a pylevlagozashchitny film, gradually separating it from a door frame.
6. Remove glass in the following order:

      – turn out two bolts of fastening of glass to a window regulator;
      – inclining and lifting a back part, remove glass from the outer side of a door.
7. Remove a window regulator in the following order:

      – turn out seven nuts of fastening of a window regulator to a door;
      – through an opening in the internal panel of a door remove a window regulator.
8. Remove directing sealant of glass.

9. Remove the door lock in the following order:

      – disconnect two drafts from the external handle of a door;
      – turn out three screws of fastening of the lock of a door;
      – turn out two bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door;
      – remove the external handle of a door.

10. Remove an external rear-view mirror in the following order:

      – disconnect the electric socket;
      – turn out three screws and remove a mirror.

11. Remove a plait of wires in the following order:

      – disconnect sockets of a plait of wires from a door frame;
      – take a plait of wires through an opening in the internal panel of a door.
12. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door to a body.
13. Turn out bolts of fastening of both hinges and remove a door from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a door in the following order:

      – establish properly a door on the car;
      – screw bolts of fastening of both hinges.

Inhaling moment: 18–30 N • m

2. Establish vlagozashchitny consolidation of a door.
3. Screw a bolt of fastening of the limiter of opening of a door to a body.
4. Establish a plait of wires in the following order:

      – insert a plait of wires through an opening in the internal panel of a door;
      – fix plait sockets on a door frame.
5. Establish an external rear-view mirror in the following order:

      – establish an external rear-view mirror on a door in initial situation;
      – fix a mirror three screws;
      – connect the electric socket.
6. Put the door lock in the following order:

      – put the door lock through an opening in the internal panel of a door;
      – fix the door lock three screws.
7. Establish the external handle of a door in the following order:

      – connect two drafts of the lock of a door;
      – fix two nuts the external handle of a door.
8. Establish directing glasses through an opening in the internal panel of a door.
9. Establish a window regulator in the following order:

      – establish a window regulator through an opening in the internal panel of a door;
      – fix a window regulator seven nuts;

Inhaling moment: 9–13 N • m

10. Establish glass in the following order:

      – insert outside of a door at first a forward part of glass, then, turning and lowering, establish glass at a door and arrange it on a window regulator arm;
      – screw, but do not tighten finally bolts of fastening of glass;
      – tighten two bolts of fastening of glass to a window regulator;

Inhaling moment: 2–3 N • m
      – move glass down.

11. Establish on a door a pylevlagozashchitny film in the following order:

      – fix a pylevlagozashchitny film on a door;
      – deduce the electric socket of a plait of wires of a door;
      – deduce drafts of the internal handle of opening of the lock of a door from a pylevlagozashchitny film.
12. Establish the internal handle of a door in the following order:

      – connect to the handle draft of the lock of a door;
      – fix the handle three screws.
13. Establish the loudspeaker and fix it three screws.
14. Establish a door upholstery.
15. Establish a cover of the internal handle of a door.
16. Fix a door upholstery.
17. Establish an internal vlagozashchitny strip.
18. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check that the door is closed easily and properly. If the door has люфт, tighten bolts of fastening of hinges of a door.
2. In need of carrying out adjustment of provision of a door of rather adjacent surfaces weaken bolts of fastening of hinges and moving a door adjust its situation.
3. Check that the door is closed easily and properly. If the lock of a door is established on a shock plate hardly, turn out screws of fastening of a shock plate and moving it in the horizontal and vertical planes achieve normal closing of a door.
4. Adjustment of provision of a door of rather adjacent surfaces carry out moving of a shock plate in the vertical plane.
