Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the socket from the sensor of a consumption of air.

Prevention

Do not throw and do not strike the sensor as it will lead to its damage.

2. Weaken collars of fastening of an inlet air branch pipe from two parties of the sensor of a consumption of air.

3. Disconnect an inlet air branch pipe from the sensor of a consumption of air.

4. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the sensor of a consumption of air to an arm.

5. Remove the sensor of a consumption of air.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Visually check the sensor of a consumption of air on absence of damages. If necessary, replace it. Put the sensor of a consumption of air to an inlet air branch pipe and an arm.
2. Screw two bolts of fastening of the sensor to an arm. Inhaling moment: 7,8–10,8 N • m
3. Connect to the sensor an inlet air branch pipe.
4. Tighten collars from two parties of the sensor.
	5. Connect the socket to the sensor of a consumption of air.
6. Start up the engine and warm up it to working temperature. Leave the engine to work at frequency of rotation of idling.
7. Connect the voltmeter between contact 2 (a wire of G/L – green / light) and weight.
8. Be convinced that tension changes within 0,6–0,8 Century.
9. Switch off the engine and be convinced that tension is in limits of 3,0-4,0 Century.
	10. If tension differs from demanded, replace the sensor of a measuring instrument of a consumption of air.
