PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of the storage battery.
2. Check a condition of the wires connected to the storage battery, plugs of the storage battery, to the traction relay of a starter and the starter relay.
3. Check integrity of fuses in the block of relays / safety locks in a motor compartment and the block of safety locks in car salon.
4. Check reliability of an inhaling of bolts of fastening of the generator.
5. Check a condition of a belt of a drive of the generator and its tension.
6. Check reliability of connection of wires to the generator and connection with "mass" of the block of cylinders of the engine.

Check of resistance of elements of system of a charging

This check will show power failure from a generator exit (the plug B +) to the positive plug of the storage battery. Also power failure from "mass" contact of the generator (–) to the negative plug of the storage battery will be defined.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Tighten the parking brake, be convinced that the transmission is in neutral situation (a mechanical transmission) or in the provision of a parking (an automatic transmission) and start up the engine.
2. Establish the fan switch on the maximum frequency of rotation.
3. Include a driving beam of headlights and lighting in car salon.
4. Increase frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft to 2400 mines-1 and hold it at carrying out check.
5. Connect negative щуп the digital voltmeter to the positive plug of the storage battery.
6. The second щуп the digital voltmeter connect to the target plug of the generator B +. The tension shown by the voltmeter should be no more than 0,6 Century.
7. If tension is higher than 0,6 In, connect positive щуп the digital voltmeter to a nut of fastening of the target plug of the generator and contact of the electric socket connecting a chain between the generator and the storage battery.
8. If the tension shown by the voltmeter became less than 0,6 In, means it is necessary to clean contacts of the electric socket or to provide reliable contact between them.
9. Connect negative щуп the voltmeter to the negative plug of the storage battery.
10. Connect positive щуп the voltmeter to "mass" contact of the generator (–) the.napryazheniye shown by the voltmeter should be no more than 0,3 Century.
11. If tension is higher, than 0,3 In, connect positive щуп the voltmeter to a nut of fastening of a "mass" wire and contact of the electric socket connecting a chain.
12. If the tension shown by the voltmeter became less than 0,3 In, means it is necessary to clean contacts of the electric socket or to provide reliable contact between them.
