Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Weaken the union of pumping and merge brake liquid from a support in suitable capacity.
2. Remove a dustproof cover of the piston.

3. Establish between the piston and a support wooden whetstone.

Prevention

On submit air under a high pressure for piston pushing out from the support cylinder.

Superfluous pressure can squeeze out the piston from the support cylinder with such force that can cause injuries. Do not try to catch the piston manually at expression it from the support cylinder.

The compressed air can be used as alternative of piston expression from the support cylinder.

Supply of air in the cylinder carry out through an opening for connection of a brake hose. Pressure of air should be such to provide a piston exit from the support cylinder.

4. Remove the piston.
5. A wooden or plastic core remove piston consolidation from a support opening.
6. Turn out the pumping union.
7. Remove the plug.

Prevention

Do not use oil, solvent, kerosene or gasoline for cleaning of details of a support.

At their use as clearing means, their remains can remain on details and further damage rubber consolidations.

8. Wash out support details in pure denatured alcohol and drain them a stream of the compressed air.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease with brake liquid and establish piston consolidation in the support cylinder.
2. Grease the piston with brake liquid and partially establish it in the cylinder.
3. Grease a dustproof cover of the piston and establish it on the piston.
4. Press the piston into a support so that it was established in the support cylinder.
5. Screw the pumping union.
6. Establish the plug.
7. Grease internal surfaces of plugs with the lubricant containing in a set for major maintenance.
