GENERAL INFORMATION

Vacuum amplifier of brakes

1–brake tube;
2–nuts;
3–electric socket;
4–main brake cylinder;
5–laying; 		6–vacuum hose;
7–шплинт;
8–a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт;
9–nuts;
10-vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the electric socket from a popolnitelny tank with brake liquid.
2. Disconnect brake tubes.
3. Remove the main brake cylinder.
4. Disconnect a vacuum hose from the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
5. In salon of the car take шплинт, a fixing pin with a head and an opening under шплинт.
6. Take a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт.
7. The assistant should support the vacuum amplifier of brakes in a motor compartment.
8. Unscrew four nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier of brakes to a partition of a motor compartment.
9. Remove the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
10. Remove laying of an arm of the vacuum amplifier of brakes.

Installation

Prevention

Grease a pin with a head and an opening under шплинт lithium greasing.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is carried out to sequences of return to removal.

Inhaling moment: 18,6–25,5 N • m

2. Fill a popolnitelny tank of brake system with brake liquid to a label the MOVE.
3. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system.
4. Check absence of leakages of brake liquid.
5. Check and, if necessary, adjust height of installation of a pedal and a free wheeling of a pedal of a brake.
