13.14. Pressure limiter

GENERAL INFORMATION

Pressure limiter

1–a brake tube from the main brake cylinder;
2–a brake tube to the forward right working brake cylinder;
3–a brake tube to the forward left working brake cylinder;

4–pressure limiter;
5–a brake tube to the back left working brake cylinder;
6–a brake tube to the back right working brake cylinder.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a brake pipe.

2. Turn out a bolt.

3. Remove the pressure limiter.

Installation

Installation of the limiter of pressure is carried out to sequences, return to removal.

After installation add brake liquid and remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system.

Check of the limiter of pressure

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect the adaptation ОКК30 140 001 to brake tubes, as is shown in drawing.

Moment of an inhaling of the adaptation and connecting nuts: 12,8–21,5 N • m

2. Remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system.

3. Press a brake pedal while forward pressure will not be equal in brake system And and write down back pressure in brake system A.

4. Again press a brake pedal with additional effort while pressure will not be equal in brake system In and write down pressure in brake system B.

Prevention

Do not try to regulate the pressure limiter.

After check remove air from a hydraulic contour of brake system and check absence of leakages of brake liquid.

If the measured values do not correspond demanded, replace the pressure limiter.
