8.2.13. Block of valves

Removal


Prevention

Before removal of the block of valves clear an external surface of a transmission a cleaner or solvent.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. The special AA0 adaptation OK201 170 support the engine.
2. Lift the car and fix on support.
3. Merge liquid from a transmission in the suitable container.
4. Turn out screws and remove the left and right mudguards.
5. Turn out nuts of fastening of a support of No. 2 engines to the engine.
6. Turn out bolts and nuts and remove a plate of protection of the engine.
7. Turn out 19 bolts and remove the oil pallet and laying.
8. Disconnect all electric sockets, turn out eight bolts and remove the block of valves of management.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the block of valves of management, fix eight bolts and establish clips of wires.

Length of bolts:
And – 30 mm
In – 50 mm
Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

2. Establish the oil mesh filter and fix three bolts.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

3. Connect all electric sockets.
4. Clear interfaced surfaces of the oil pallet and a transmission case of the remains of old laying. Establish the oil pallet with new laying and fix nineteen bolts.

Inhaling moment: 8,4–10,7 N • m

5. Establish a plate of protection of the engine and freely screw bolts and nuts.

6. Tighten nuts And and bolts In fastenings of a plate of protection of the engine.

Inhaling moment:
And – 38–51 N • m
In – 64–89 N • m

7. Establish the left and right mudguards and fix everyone seven screws.
8. Remove the special AA0 adaptation OK201 170 supporting the engine.
9. Take щуп for measurement of level of liquid and fill in necessary amount of demanded liquid.
Check liquid level in an automatic transmission at operation of the engine on frequency of rotation of idling.
10. Carry out a control trip and check absence of leaks in places specified above.
