The case of regulating valves

1–block of the mesh filter;
2–a sealing ring to (replace);
3–oil pipeline;
4–a sealing ring of round section to (replace);
5–the switching solenoid A (1–2 solenoid);
6–solenoid of coupling of the converter of a torque;
7–mesh filters;
8–rubber balls;
9–the preliminary case of regulating valves;

Removal


Prevention

At work with the case of regulating valves be especially careful as it consists a large number of exact details.

At removal have details in a certain order not to mix them.

Clear the removed details solvent and dry up them the compressed air. Clean all openings and channels the compressed air.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn out bolts and remove an oil pipeline.
2. Remove sealing rings from an oil pipeline.
3. Remove switching solenoid A.
4. Remove the solenoid of coupling of the converter of a torque and the mesh filter.
5. Remove switching solenoids B and C and mesh filters.
6. Remove the linear electromagnetic valve.
7. Turn out nine bolts of fastening of the top case of regulating valves.
8. Turn out two screws from the top case of regulating valves.
9. Remove B laying, the top plate of a separator, the oil filter, the mesh filter and A laying.

10. Turn out seven bolts and remove the main regulating valve.
11. Remove laying of D, the main plate of a separator and laying of C.
12. Remove four rubber balls from the main case of the regulating valve.
13. Remove the oil mesh filter, steel and two rubber balls from the additional main case of regulating valves.
14. Turn out six bolts and remove the additional main case of regulating valves.
15. Remove E laying, the bottom plate of a separator, the oil filter and F laying.
16. Remove the oil mesh filter from the bottom case of regulating valves.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the oil mesh filter in the bottom case of regulating valves.
2. Establish the oil filter in the bottom plate of a separator.

Prevention

Laying of F and laying of E are not interchangeable. They are identified by a form in the area shown in drawing.


3. Establish F laying on a plate of a separator and new laying of E on the bottom case of valves.
4. Establish the additional main case of regulating valves on the bottom case and fix seven bolts.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

5. Establish two rubber balls and oil mesh filters in the additional main case of regulating valves.
6. Establish rubber balls in the main case of regulating valves.
7. Establish new laying of C, a plate of a separator and laying of D on the main case of regulating valves

Prevention

Laying With and laying of D are not interchangeable.


8. Fix laying of C, a plate of a separator and laying of D to the main case two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 1,27–1,86 N • m

9. Establish the main case of regulating valves on the additional main case of regulating valves.


Prevention

Arrange heads of bolts as is shown in drawing.


10. Freely screw bolts.
11. Establish the oil filter in the top plate of a separator.

Prevention

Laying And and laying In are not interchangeable. They are identified by a form in the area shown in drawing.


12. Establish new laying of A, the top plate of a separator and new laying of B on the top case of regulating valves.
13. Two bolts fix to the main case of the regulating valve A laying, the top plate of a separator and B laying.
14. Establish the top case of regulating valves on the main case of regulating valves and fix nine bolts.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

15. Freely screw bolts of fastening of the bottom case of regulating valves.
16. Establish the linear electromagnetic valve.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

17. Establish solenoids B and C, oil mesh filters and an arm.
18. Tighten bolts the demanded moment.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m

19. Establish coupling of the converter of a torque and the oil mesh filter.

Inhaling moment: 7,9–10,7 N • m
