8.2.24. Repair of the lever of the selector

GENERAL INFORMATION

Selector lever

1–parking switch;
2–a directing plate;
3–modulator;
4–spring plate;
5–plate;
6–pin;
7–selector lever;
8–clamp roller;
9–basic plate;
10-button of the lever of the selector;
11-casing;
12-indicator panel;
13-lamp of the indicator of a position of the selector;
14-O/D switch socket.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A screw-driver with a flat edge release socket contacts. Take contacts from the socket.
2. A thin drift and a hammer beat out from a transmission a pin and remove two washers, a gear wheel of a drive and a shaft.
3. Remove the indicator panel.
4. Remove a casing.
5. Turn a lamp of the indicator of position of the lever of the selector counter-clockwise and remove it.
6. Turn out two screws and remove a clamp roller assembled, then remove a plate, the top spring plate and a spring plate.
7. Turn out a bolt from a basic plate.
8. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a directing plate and remove it.
9. Remove the lever of the lock and the selector lever.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the selector lever on a basic plate.
2. Establish directing plate on a basic plate and fix two bolts.

Inhaling moment: 6,8–9,8 N • m

3. Put greasing 0-GL02 on an internal part of a roller.
4. Move the selector lever to a position P.
5. Freely establish a spring plate, the top spring plate and a plate.

Inhaling moment: 2,0–2,9 N • m

6. Put greasing 0-GL02 on external and internal parts of a directing plate.
7. Further assembly is carried out in sequence, return dismantling.
8. Check that position of the lever of the selector there correspond indications of the lever of the selector.
